Return Conditions & Product Eligibility

To qualify for a successful verification and a full refund, your product must be returned under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original, brand-new condition (unused, unwashed, unworn, and free of stains or structural odors).

  2. The product must remain enclosed in its original retail packaging with all manufacturer tags, labels, and protective plastic wrap fully intact.

  3. You must provide standard proof of purchase, such as your store receipt or your order number.

How to Request Your Free Return

  2. Once confirmed, our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with direct instructions on how to package your box.

  3. Affix the prepaid label to your return parcel and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier point.
