Inventory Policy

1. Real-Time Stock Synchronizations

All stock metrics shown on our digital channels are mapped to the active inventory volumes at our primary storefront located at 1331 Glenfield Ave, Dallas, Texas. We take every precaution to prevent double-selling. However, during times of intense traffic or holiday promotions, brief data sync lags may occur.

2. Item Allocation Rules

Placing an item or a selected variant size inside your online shopping cart does not temporarily hold, reserve, or lock that item from the public. Stock is formally allocated to an open order only after payment validation and final bank checkout approval are successfully completed.

3. Out-of-Stock Discrepancies & Cancellations

In the rare event that an item is purchased but cannot be fulfilled due to a physical warehouse count discrepancy, or if an item fails our strict quality check before packing, GAMMAXIN reserves the right to cancel the fulfillment. We will notify the affected buyer via email immediately and process a full, automatic refund to the payment card used.

4. Restocks and Pre-orders

Popular lines are restocked at our central fulfillment hub continuously. If an item is listed as a "Pre-order", its estimated delivery date will be stated on the product page. Pre-order timelines are clear approximations and are subject to carrier transit adjustments.
