1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return request made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.

  • You will need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items: We do not have final sale items. All regular inventory items that meet the eligibility criteria above can be returned.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

We want to make the return process as seamless as possible for you:

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free. We provide free return shipping for eligible returns.

  • Restocking Fees: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can contact our support team at Contact@GAMMAXIN.Store.

  1. Email us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Print the label, securely pack your item, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages, Defective, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at Contact@GAMMAXIN.Store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds & Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Original Shipping Costs Note:

  • Domestic (USA): Standard shipping is free for orders over $70.00. For orders under $70.00 (Standard $8.00) or Express orders ($15.00), the original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • International: Express shipping to select regions (including UAE and Austria) is free. For calculated carrier rates (DHL Express, FedEx, USPS) paid at checkout, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
